As a surgeon, I had vision repeatedly that, if I can and through a organised work force restore, promote and rehabilitate the healing of people in Anand and for wide I will be serve my country in real sense. Thus, institution took birth in 1998 when Gujarat didn’t have any physiotherapy college except one or two of Government hospital in Baroda Medical College and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad with meagre 40 seats. We made good infrastructure and started college with the intake capacity of 30 students per year in B.P.T. In 2007 we started M.P.T with intake capacity of 3 students. I humbly state that the institution has made scientific fraternity known about the core issues and its contribution. Students of this institution is working all over the glob and brought laurels to the institution. Many are serving with American and U.K health university and Health care system. I have no hesitation in saying that institution has got good infrastructure and committed family members. I being the charman would contribute in everyway to see that good quality professionals pass from the age-old institution and patients and societies are equally benefited. We have plane to expands the services in near future in Anand-Vidhyanagar road and also a separate laboratory for exercise testing and having of international standards. Physiotherapy services done through this institution is known in medical fraternity of Anand and society of Anand at large. Students have created a tradition of insuring, services learning and growth. This is a institution having balanced curriculum and opportunity for both personal and professional growth. Students are regularly practicing every theoretical domain what they learn in the closed class room. We will keep serving the nation with same zeal and enthusiasm.
